  • Virtually unknown, American car manufacturer Trion SuperCars (TSC) has announced development of a super-car, dubbed Nemesis. The California-based company is currently in an early development of said project; it supposedly will be powered by a V8 twin-turbo engine, developing more than 2,000 bhp (1,491 kW). That’s a magic number, and an incredible one at that. Trion SuperCars stated that the vehicle will beat the Bugatti Veyron and will have more power than the Koenigsegg One:1. Challenge accepted!
The Trion will feature a carbon fiber chassis and body, while a few of the parts will be constructed out of inconel alloys. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed sequential gearbox; this will allow enable the Nemesis to get from 0 to 60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 2.8 seconds and reach a maximum speed of more than 280 mph (450 km/h). Can you handle that?
No clues about what is happening inside the cabin, yet. But TSC wants to install digital flat panel controls and feature a “Predator Mode” that will modify the cabin illumination, suspension, exhaust, ride height and rev limiter settings. I’m betting that will be the favorite button of all times, but if you’re more of a normal fella, the Nemesis will also boast active aerodynamics a trunk spacious enough to fit golf clubs or luggage. Trion Supercars will be showing off an initial prototype soon, and hopefully a video of their ride in action.
